All orders are shipped within 24 to 72 hours of you placing the order using DHL eCommerce, USPS or ePacket depending on your location and fastest available service. Typical delivery time frame is between 5-7 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.

Shipping
Please allow up 3 business days to process and ship an order. Once an order is processed and shipped, it can take 3-7 business days to be delivered depending on your location in relation to Florida.
You can find your tracking number by checking your emails for order notifications from the website, or by logging into your account and viewing your order for the latest tracking information.
At this time we do not offer expedited shipping. If you need your order by a certain date, we ask that you place your order at minimum 7 business days before that time.
If you find your order has not been delivered in this time window, please email us at info@healthygoaldiggers.com with your order number so we could further assist you.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
